TextCare is proud to announce its recent sponsorship of Duxford United Football Club. Based in South Cambridgeshire, the football club which dates back over 100 years, is a cherished part of the community in which TextCare was born out of.
With a total of 50 registered players, Duxford United Football Club comprises of two teams, the first and the reserves. Relying solely upon funding to enable the players to continue to train and compete in their leagues, TextCare seized the opportunity to provide them with support. The reserves team now have a new football kit, courtesy of TextCare.

Playing teams from all over Cambridge or further afield, Duxford United’s first team play in the Cambridgeshire Mead and Plant league 1a, while the reserves play in the 3a league. Results so far this season have been mixed, however, the reserve team had a 5-3 victory in their opening game against Eaton Socon.

Duxford United currently train in the heart of Duxford but will soon be moving to an all-weather pitch located at Linton Village College, which boasts better lighting and ample space.
